My journey to this authentic place in my life is what I passionately share in my talks, book and consultations. From a crippling crystal meth addiction to multiple marathons and Ironman races I have shown that true body, mind and spirit recovery is possible. On a deeper level I have found an authentic way of life that ensures that every step I take, now matches my own footprint.
