I Am Wellbeing is an organisation dedicated to Trauma Healing and Prevention. With a firm belief in the healing virtue of connectedness, we are creating Trauma-Aware ecosystems that nurture, heal, and build resilience. We support young lives struggling with the detrimental impact of adversities like abuse, abandonment, loss and grief by training various stakeholders like mental health professionals, parents & caregivers, teachers & educators, anyone and everyone working directly with survivors.
We are a team of trauma-informed therapists and counsellors with vast experience of working with intense trauma in settings such as Child Care Institutions, Schools, NGOs, and vulnerable communities. Each team member is trained in trauma-informed care and brings their resourcefulness through a diverse background in healing modalities like Arts Based Therapy, EMDR, IEMT, Drama Therapy, EFT, and more.
