I-amvocal advocacy and awareness foundation is a non-profit organization that’s geared towards encouraging accountability and transparency in governance through data capture and analysis. We are dedicated to mapping causes around the country, measuring sentiments through engagements metric and focus groups so as to develop a comprehensive report and information that is concise and relevant to local issues.
The foundation was duly registered in 2018 as a non-profit in the federal republic of Nigeria, we are compliant with the companies and allied matters acts and other laws relating to non-profits. Since then, we have been building community engagements through polls and workshops to gain insights from citizens sentiments and opinions on matters that affect us as a country.
The platform operates two angles- the academic and the political;
Academic: encouraging citizens awareness and education to help raise awareness and inform the public on local activities, data creation, analysis and documentation.
Political: addresses voting apathy and citizens disinterest in public affairs. The aim is to increase public participation and probity of public servants in any administration.
The platform keeps evolving to meet the current needs of the times we live in and we have tailored programs and workshops that addresses and are responsive to our peculiar environment.
