I could say my life was defined the day I was told I was about to have a stroke, have to go through another cancer screen, or even the feeling the knowing of another looming buyout of another company I had chosen to land in. But it wasn’t I have been on a transformational journey ever since I was little. I was meant to as I go through the hard stuff only to help others. So, they not only understand their journey but can feel into it, and change the way they see it also. About 7 years ago I vowed to find out why I felt so deeply about everything. I could get emotional easier than others, I was overwhelmed by crowds, noises and knew the temperature of the room in seconds. I am an Empath / Sensitive. It was just the start of my journey as for decades I was still carrying around trauma (C-PTSD) in my body. I could feel it get stirred up and I could go from non-emotional to emotional fast. I was in a career that counted on me making numerous decisions and facing lots of opinions. I just wanted to be left alone to do my work. I saw my health failing and I was overwhelmed, frustrated, felt like everyone wanted something, constantly overthinking, and just felt all over the place and couldn’t get a handle on my life. This was just a snip it. I had to realize that all of these factors were not only outside of me but, what parts of me I had to work on. In doing so, I have learned to use my intuition, understand my frustrations, dramatically improved my health, don’t overthink, and TOOK BACK MY LIFE.
