i-coach is a coaching consultancy that helps both people adapt to change and achieve excellence in life and work. Founded as i-coach academy in 2001, we engage with organisations, helping them transform on an individual, team and company-wide level. We also work with people in the midst of personal reinvention, enabling them to create the life they want and thrive during times of change. Our consultants and associates have been guiding clients through business, career and life transitions for over 30 years. Working with individuals to transform lives At the heart of our personal development work is the iOpener programme. It directly addresses today’s challenges: the pace of change; the need to manage multiple careers and roles; the desire for fulfilment and meaning. Originally run as a retreat, iOpener will soon be launched as an online blending learning option, supported by a suite of reinvention resources. Working with organisations to instil learning and empower leaders We also support organisations as they navigate change and adapt to challenges. We offer consultancy services, working with senior executives to help them fulfil their potential and enable their organisations to thrive. And we collaborate with teams to address broader issues – from elevating performance to shifting mindsets. Working with coaches to shape the future We are firm believers in empowering our clients to achieve lasting change. So we create and run skills development programmes that embed a ‘coaching culture’ within our clients’ businesses. And we are actively educating the next generation of coaches though our accredited programmes. Crucially, we understand that everyone is different. So our diverse team reflects this, working with people in a variety of ways depending on their needs. While our approach may differ, we share a belief that coaching is an collaborative process which builds confidence and skills, so our clients are able to self-coach and,over time, coach others
