I provide Joyful Interior Space Coaching to survivors of abuse, that helps them transform their lives and spaces into places of JOY. Joy creates well-being. A high level of well-being brings you peace, contempt and fulfilment. I believe in Integrative health that addresses the full range of: • physical, • emotional, • mental, • social, • spiritual and • environmental influences. You thrive when you work on IT ALL, healing from your core, then bringing that out to your exterior. ------------💙------------ I support my clients that have obstacles at various degrees that:  keep them hiding who they are to appease people  Makes them not give themselves permission or time, to create joy.  Distorts meaning they give to the people, places and things around them. As a Joyful Interior Space Coach I help my clients see that they are an expert on themselves and offer them objective non-judgmental advice that helps them transform their spaces into a place of joy, and achieve their personal and professional goals. I leverage what I have learnt to help my clients thrive. ------------💙------------ Though this process my clients are able to accelerate and facilitate recovery, shifting from wanting basic requirements, to the next level of self actualization.
