I am a certified Computer Technician who helps individuals who aren't tech savvy with setting up, repairing, and better understanding their electrical devices (i.e. Computers, Laptops, Smartphones, Game Consoles, etc.). Once the job is complete, or even during the job, I help educate and show a client or customer how to use their device more effectively (i.e. How to connect to one's WiFi if the signal drops, how to change the output on their TV, how to customize their tablet's background, setting up and using Zoom, etc.).
