I-DYLIC dress your life in color

I-DYLIC wants to encourage women and men to dare to wear color in order to be positive and harmonious through the clothes they wear. Our project is an fashion e-commerce aggregator which creates a personalised selection of fashion pieces from various stores based on the inherent color preferences of the user, and is expressed as a chatbot. Our goal is to have a positive impact on people’s lives proposing to them personalized color palettes and color associations according to their physical traits and helping them find and match colors. I-DYLIC also has the ambition to transmit its values of happy degrowth: respect for others and of course for those who work in the creation and production of fashion, incitation to buy to artisans and brands who respect the environment and develop sustainable products, solidarity with the society close to us. Additionally, I-DYLIC must reflect our common objectives of rigor and justice in our care to clients, in the quality of our services and being good listeners to our community. To achieve these goals, I-DYLIC is structured as a holacracy. The people that collaborate in this project are ready to dare to be creative and to open their minds to unedited concepts, to always put themselves into question and to adapt quickly to changes that may occur. They are ready to grow and develop their skills and experience through this new adventure. The team must be open, honest and constructive. In conclusion, I-DYLIC is not only a product but rather a community that shares a same vision and the same values.
