I Got Promoted

I’m Astrid, a Certified Motivational Coach, NeuroLinguistic Practitioner, Integrative Health Coach and Mental Health First Aider with over 20 years managing individuals and teams across the humanitarian, healthcare, financial, consulting and sporting goods sectors. I have made decisions I am proud of as a manager and a leader. I have also made several mistakes that have got me to where I am today.
