To achieve this, multi-parameter detailed monitoring is required, measurements of vibration, temperature, current, pressure, sound, flow, and other important parameters are collected, trended and analyzed in details. The team is led by a highly trained and certified analyst with over 18 years of experience in the CBM, will use high-end sophisticated measuring instruments and tools to accurately diagnose the potential failure modes in facilities mechanical and electrical systems, which will give time to plan, schedule, and undertake a repair during regularly scheduled-down days and not when you least expect it. Types of sensors include vibration, ultrasound, electrical current monitoring and analysis, automatic lubricators, and others, hence the end product will be composed of wireless sensors that transmit data to cloud servers on which data is processed, analyzed using
