I-Work Group is one of the leading personnel recruitment and evaluation companies in Latvia. Since 2006, we have put into practice our expertise working together with the leading Latvian enterprises and foreign companies. The main scope of our activity is the direct recruitment or head hunting, and search of executives. Mostly, we work with recruiting managers of the first and the second level and the leading specialists, but within the larger projects we offer also a wider range of solutions. Within the scope of larger projects, we ensure launching new enterprises in Latvia, as well as implementation of substantial reorganizational projects that include issues of human resources in particular. Every client is provided with an individual solution in order to ensure successful and fruitful co-operation. I-Work’s major accomplishments and outcomes are characterised by a high performance ratio, and the number of successfully appointed employees is impressive – 70 to 100 employees every year. The guarantee complaint rate, in turn, is very low, because the employees work successfully at the enterprises and put their competencies to good account for years to come. The scope of operations of I-Work Group includes also other services like workshops, business consultations and personnel evaluation, providing the existing customer base, if need be, with full range of services. Since 2006, I-Work Group have worked with more than 266 enterprises in Latvia. The most part of our clients are enterprises looking for high level professionals, thus additional resources are necessary in order to find and attract them, and foreign companies, whom we help to find their first team of employees to represent them in Latvia. Altogether, we have experience of finding more than 800 employees, we have performed more than 4000 interviews, and our confidential VIP database includes more than 27 000 candidates.
