We are an insurance broker based in Norwich, focused on residential property insurance. We were founded in 2016 as an Appointed Representative of Smith & Pinching Financial Services, but as of February 2023 we have been directly authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority.
We specialise in holiday homes and holiday lets, and are very proud of our excellent Defaqto ratings for policy coverage. We also provide insurance for main residences, landlord properties, unoccupied properties, and guesthouses. In all cases, we can cover a wide variety of property types and constructions, including standard houses and flats, historic and listed buildings, static caravans, thatched houses, and properties with non-standard or just plain unusual construction, such as converted train carriages.
We are not tied to a single insurer. We use a panel of insurers, which means that we can offer a range of products and covers at the best price available to us. We work very closely with our panel, ensuring as best as we can that the policies we arrange are fair, competitive, fit for purpose, and that the customer’s experience is as good as it can be, especially when it comes to making a claim.
