Indigenous Advance Customer Center – IACC, is a Christian and mission-centered outsourcing company, that provides fast and reliable back-office functions and customer care services to our business clients in the United States. IACC is a socially responsible, mission-centered business committed to making a positive impact in the communities where we exist. We provide jobs and business training for young men and women to acquire marketable skills, a sound work ethic, integrity, character, and Christian values. Our Customer Center is in Uganda, East Africa. As Uganda was once a British colony, the English language is widely spoken with a warm, African/British accent. The Ugandan culture is characteristically friendly and hospitable, shaping the perfect attitude for customer care services. The population is young (77% below the age of 35) and educated, but the economy is unable to sustain quality jobs for that population. With the advance of fiber internet in the city of Kampala, reliable customer care services are now possible.
