About Iran - Africa Chamber of Commerce
The Iran-Africa Joint Chamber of Commerce officially began its activities in 1999 after the election of the board of directors. As stated in the statute of the Joint Chamber, the Iran-Africa (east) Joint Chamber of Commerce, as a non-commercial and non-profit institution, aims to develop trade, economic and industrial relations between Iran and Africa. In order to achieve these goals, the Iran-Africa Joint Chamber of Commerce carries out the following tasks: 1. Close cooperation with officials of Iranian and African organizations and institutions that have common goals. 2. Collecting and reviewing information and statistics, laws and regulations related to trade, industries, customs, etc., which are distributed among the members of the chamber. 3. Trying to develop relations and follow up on useful points of view presented by businessmen and industrialists in the field of relations with Africa. 4. Studying, examining and creating the necessary grounds for industrial and commercial investment in the country and related markets. 5. Participating in and holding exhibitions by providing targeted facilities and subsidies in coordination with the relevant authorities of Iran and African countries. 6. Encouragement and exchange of trade, economic and industrial delegations between Iran and Africa. 7. Holding seminars, conferences and symposiums on issues related to the development of trade and economic relations and technology transfer between Iran and Africa. 8. Resolving disputes arising from trade, economic and industrial relations between natural and legal persons through arbitration of the Chambers of Commerce of Iran and African countries Cooperation in establishing trade centers in Iran and African countries under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce of Iran, the Center for the Development of Trade of Iran and the Committee of Iran and the Committee of Africa. 9.
