I provide data-driven decision support services to business owners, investors, senior leaders and consultants: to identify strategic opportunities, overcome performance barriers and develop creative solutions. I work as part of your team - as an internal consultant working directly for investors and owners of business-to-business services companies as an independent contractor in a variety of roles inside their companies – as a financial analyst or controller or temporary CFO, VP of strategy – my purpose being to help the business owner understand and decide what to do with his/her companies – build, buy or sell – help them develop a map of how to get there, and then guide the owner, the leaders and the team toward the desired goal.
