Indian Association of International Studies

The Indian Association Of International Studies is a collaborative platform that aims at spanning the gap between varied scholarships that exist under the larger umbrella of International Relations. The field has a wealth of perspectives and distinct voices that enrich our understanding of international politics. Our efforts are drawn towards bringing these distinct and varied voices together to build an epistemic community. An Indian Association with a global vision, that stays true to its location without being caged by it, the IAIS vision is to amplify diverse perspectives and highlight these narratives in mainstream academia. The IAIS believes that young scholars have the greatest responsibility in steering this collaborative community forward. Thus, our mission is to make IAIS the confluence of knowledge and experience of our eminent scholars; and the freshness and vibrancy of young scholars The IAIS hopes that through this collaborative endeavor we can further enrich the International Studies scholarship in India.
