The Immigrant Alliance for Justice and Equity is an immigrant led organization in Mississippi. IAJE was founded as a result of the ICE raids of August 7, 2019, the largest workplace raids in the country.
The mission of the Immigrant Alliance for Justice and Equity is to move our communities forward in achieving societal change, justice, dignity, safety, and full inclusion while cultivating a movement through leadership development, community organizing, policy development, healing justice, and love for and celebration of our varied cultures. Our mission is also to build a social-economic movement that is immigrant led in the state of Mississippi.
