iAlign

iAlign is a core value-based system for character development that takes less than 60 seconds per day. It is aimed at supporting you to identify limiting beliefs, irrational thoughts, and emotional triggers ranging small to large that cause poor self image, lack of pride in self, cognitive dissonance over your actions versus how you view yourself, negative self-talk, wallowing or spiraling, or lack of confidence in yourself by harnessing the strength of your core values in just 60 seconds a day. iAlign uses personalized daily text message check-ins along with therapeutic and non-therapeutic tools, analytics, and unique insight tuned to you to help you create a consistent, easy, and efficient personal growth practice and to better define what your values mean to you. The system is simple and effective: - Create a 60 second of less moment of awareness over your values every day - If an event or moment evokes emotion take a quick note of it - iAlign learns from your input and brings to your attention events you may want to better understand or reframe and pairs you with tools to help you make a plan to progress - Receive passively generated personalized analytics and feedback tuned uniquely to you - Repeat while iAlign builds up your own custom toolbox of resources So if you don't feel like you're growing as fast as you would like, if you lose your journals or can't remember what you wrote in them, if you feel like you keep having to relearn the same lesson, if you don't feel too consistently proud of yourself, aren't very kind with yourself, don't see yourself in a positive light when you look in the mirror, spiral or wallow on Sundays or while trying to fall asleep because of actions you took or situations you're in, or if you just generally feel out of alignment with your values (heck, maybe you don't even really know what they are or how to define them), we'd like to help you on your journey.
