Hello everyone, I am an ACA registered Counsellor and Career Coach, with a focus on health and wellness, in body, mind and spirit. As a Therapist, I specialise in the treatment of trauma, through holistic yet evidence-based practices including EMDR, Imagery Rescripting, Holotropic Breathwork, and Psychedelic Assisted Therapy. I am passionate about assisting my clients with effective and long-term integration work, to enhance and the healing process, and elicit the potential for Post-traumatic Growth.
As a career coach, I offer unique training and expertise to help my clients thrive in their workplace. Prior to studying a degree in Counselling, I enjoyed a succcessful career in Executive Search and Recruitment, which provided me unique insights into the key drivers of success in the workplace.
