IAM4RE.eu redefines entrepreneurship by focusing on intellectual asset (IA) valorisation and standardization in Public Research Organisations (PROs) and Academic Institutions (AcIs). It addresses the gap in early-stage IA management, essential for research spin-offs, aligning efforts with EU guidelines. The project shifts from IP to IA management, emphasising value creation over commercialisation. It develops modular educational resources, including training suites, a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC), and a "train-the-trainer" program, alongside practical tools and policy guidelines for PROs. Tested in real-world settings, its scalable approach ensures long-term impact. A consortium of EU experts leads the initiative, fostering sustainability through dissemination, Key Exploitable Results (KER) exploitation, and a community of practice.
