Iamfine was established in 2011 by two brothers who wanted a better way to care for their mother. Iamfine is a fully automated telephone checkin service that provides reassurance to those who live alone AND to those caring for them each day. The "loved one" receives a call once a day at their chosen time, they answer and press 1 to confirm they are ok and then hang up. That's it. This tells their friends and family that they are ok. If they don't check in, after a few calls it will escalate and warn their friends and family (we call that the care circle) to check up on their loved one. Since 2011 over 1 million wellness calls have been made.
