#CorePurpose As India's premier social impact NGO focused on youth development through sports, we are making a significant difference in the lives of young athletes from underprivileged, low-income communities who are pursuing their passion for elite sports. Our unique residential football academy provides comprehensive training, education, competitive exposure, resources, support, and mentorship, all at no cost. By addressing socioeconomic challenges and the lack of opportunities in rural areas, villages, and interior regions, we aim to alleviate dropouts from the sport, thus enhancing the talent pool. Through life skills development, we are creating opportunities for improving livelihoods. Our nurturing environment cultivates India's next generation of athletes with a long-term holistic view while simultaneously driving business growth and creating social impact for our sponsors. #KeyDifferentiators (a) In a crowded marketplace, we differentiate ourselves by prioritizing the athletes. Our program revolves around their needs and goals, with an athlete-centric purpose and philosophy at its core. Importantly, we offer this program to our athletes at no cost. (b) We are developing long-term, sustainable careers for athletes from underprivileged communities, rural areas, and villages who face significant socioeconomic challenges and are at the highest risk of dropping out from India's football talent pool. (c) We take a holistic approach by providing a full-immersion residential setup that includes board, lodging, education, nutrition care, travel, transportation, medical care, physiotherapy, and more. Our athletes have access to world-class training facilities at the Padukone-Dravid Centre for Sports Excellence, as well as guidance, mentorship, and exposure. To offer a comprehensive international training curriculum and a global platform for success, we have collaborated with Spain's Universal Football Coaching & Academy.
