Founded by Christine D’Ercole, A a speaker, writer, accomplished athlete, and original Peloton Cycling Instructor, Wordshops™ are workshops focused on the power of self-talk. Through storytelling and writing exercises using prompts from our daily inner dialogue; ‘I am…’ ‘I can…’ ‘I will…’ and ‘I do…’, Christine shares practical and profound tools to help us turn our inner critic into our inner champion. Her work covers topics from body image and self-worth to empowering corporate creativity to coping with diagnoses. Over the past ten years she has worked with major corporations, youth organizations and Employee Resource Groups. During the pandemic Christine shared her Wordshops with first responders and front-line workers to support their self-care in crisis. When she is not writing or speaking, Christine is riding her bike, racing at Velodromes across the country. She is a Masters World Champion and holds 13 National titles. She is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University and has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years.
