Leveraging Gallup CliftonStrengths, Titaniam’s Strengths Injection Program is a timely and timebound intervention compelling leaders to understand and embrace their own strengths and at the same time appreciate the diversity of strengths in the leadership team. During the program, leaders undertake a Strengths assessment, explore their unique Strengths DNA, develop their own personal 'I AM’ statement and work with their peers to discover and apply the power and edge of the leadership team’s collective strengths within the context of transformational change.
