Iannelli Custom Contracting is a boutique general contracting, fine carpentry and woodworking business. Founder David Iannelli, a third-generation craftsman, leads his team with years of experience specializing in modern and sustainable methods of construction and materials while honoring the tradition of the trade. Our Work: We specialize in high end finish carpentry, but we are first and foremost a general contracting outfit. Project types we have completed include; home remodels, additions, fences, decks, window and door installations, roof repairs, property maintenance (paint, general repairs), and various other projects. Our team is experienced in a wide variety of tasks from excavation, basic concrete work, framing, weatherproofing, finish carpentry, plastering, and painting. One of our strong skills is deck and fencing. We work with a number of professionals for our sub-contracting needs. Our Values: We aim to stand out in the field for our quality of work, our attention to detail, our professionalism, and our client communication. We make every effort to minimize our negative impact on the homes of clients through working as clean and as contained as possible, being respectful, and completing our work in a timely manner. We try to incorporate as many elements of environmental sustainability as possible into the work we do. We prioritize a healthy and positive working environment (for us and clients) Our Future: We are currently in the process of expanding our team. Since we are aiming to land more long term, remodel projects, having a staff that can accommodate multiple large projects at once is a high priority. We are currently working on our shop to start making Custom cabinets, live edge tables, epoxy river tables and custom furniture.
