At Iarau we are dedicated to iwi, hapū and hāpori Māori through a comprehensive range of services. Our mission is to drive impactful initiatives that have tangible outcomes and align with the needs of hāpori Māori, ensuring a thriving future for all. Our work is structured around 6 rāngai (key service areas) for which we are currently actively delivering 3. 1. Taiao: Our team of 10 includes three environmental planners and a planning student. 2. Arataki: This is our Project Management Service area for which we currently have 4 dedicated staff, we specialise in Rescue Projects and Sprint Projects. Our focus here is on tangible outcomes, and we high capability in iwi and hapū centric projects and relationship management. 3. Whakapiki: this service area focuses on amplifying your kaupapa, through stakeholder communications strategies, content creation support, facilitation of engagements, graphic design and media support. Our final three service areas are under development and will be released on our new website soon…. We seek only to contribute to a thriving future delivered through partnership and collaboration with our tamariki and mokopuna at the centre of everything we do….
