IARB supports access for retail and wealth investors to Debt Capital Markets across all suitable products and investment types with the right guardrails and education. In response to the mini bonds ‘scandal’ London Capital and Finance in 2021, Investor Access to Regulated Bonds was formed in 2022 by a small group of Financial Services experts with the support of the London Stock Exchange and other key industry participants to provide fairer access to UK Debt Capital Markets for all investors. IARB brings together industry stakeholders with regulated buy-side intermediaries that seek direct access for retail and wealth investors to UK Debt Capital Markets.
