Initial Discovery Meetings and Mentoring pre investment are FREE. We charge affordable daily/hourly rates for tasks with a clear outcome, and we charge a commission percentage of the Equity Investment raised. We help clients to build systems that are futureproof for exponential growth. We support them with building Investor Decks, Information Memorandums (Business Strategy Plan for Growth), Financial Projections, Business Valuations, Deal Structure and liaison with HMRC for Advance Approval under the Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme or the Enterprise Investment Scheme. When we have achieved all of the above we actively market the Equity Investment opportunities to investors looking to take advantage of the amazing Tax Incentives granted by SEIS and EIS. We stand alongside the Business Founder as part of their Executive Team, we assist with the deal negotiation and we support all of contractual due diligence required around new Shareholders Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, etc. We aim to continue to support Businesses that have gained investment through their journey of exponential growth. Within our network of Associates we have C Suite experience across every aspect of running a commercial enterprise, across a multitude of sectors. Hence, founders and investors welcome our involvement usually as business mentors and Non Exec Directors to provide governance and leadership input as the business deals with the many challenges presented by the disruption of ever increasing demand on the infrastructure, systems and strategy development and deployment through periods of 5x, 10x or even 20x growth over a period of 3 to 5 years
