Ibantik Craft Beverages is on a mission to grow the craft cider scene at Utah bars & restaurants. Working with regional and national cider producers to create a diverse portfolio of hard cider brands and seasonal varieties that can be special ordered via the Utah Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (DABC) for on premise alcohol sales.
As a Utah licensed distributor and industry rep, Ibantik Craft Beverages helps cideries navigate the complex state laws and submits paperwork to the DABC to enable Utah bars & restaurants to special order craft cider by the case (cans, bottles and large format 750ml) and by kegs for draft cider. Greater than 5% ABV cider can be sold on draft in Utah as cider is classified as a wine by state law.
We consult with Utah restaurant owners and bar managers to develop a cider program within year round and seasonal menus. Interested in hosting special tasting events and cider education classes and training for servers and bartenders.
