IBAS Global is in the business of creating ethical, committed and humane Global Business Leaders. Our young 'customers' are either undergraduate students or working professionals who become part of our program of mentoring leaders when they join us to do one of the professional courses like ACCA, CIMA, IFRS and CMA USA. The student is treated as an individual who has the ability and then trained in thinking critically to manage risks, understand and interpret complex business problems in the ever-evolving external business environment, while working alongside a team of other individuals. Most of our working professional students are known to get out-of-turn promotions for demonstrating their people skills while at work. Our directors themselves are involved in giving back to the society, through their various charities working for creating solutions for disability, malnutrition and missed opportunities for education for the marginalised. Our students are drawn to our work and support us in our social endeavors. We believe we have been given this exceptional opportunity to mentor young minds and experience the pride of seeing them as responsible global citizens.
