Institute of Bay of Bengal and Bangladesh Studies (IBBBS), as a prime institute of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Maritime University (BSMRMU), is organizing a Short Certificate Course entitled “Port and Shipping Studies”. The Course includes several modules covering different aspects of port and shipping activities necessary for stakeholders to understand the port & shipping operation, related legal issues, regulations, function of Stakeholders, tariff system, and logistical challenges. Where esteemed scholars and resource persons from home and abroad are invited to share their knowledge and expertise.
