Some of our services are:  Project Management provides strategic planning covering project brief and terms of reference, master planning, project delivery method, design management, third-party design peer review and critique, design phases sign-off, master budget, contract documents, tender management, and documents, pre-qualification of consultants and contractors, bid analysis and award recommendation, operation management to completion and handing over including training.  Construction Management: we have a solid international experience since 1990 in providing construction management services, this management system warrants developers acquiring the highest level of cost reduction and control over changes in time, cost, and quality.  Distressed Projects: we perform forensic analysis to identify and resolve the root causes of any issues or delays by examining all aspects of the project from design to handover. Some of our key tasks are:  Project Auditing: We check the compliance of all documents with industry standards and practices, and look for any scope duplications or inconsistencies among various parties  Planning and Scheduling: We develop the project baseline and update it regularly to manage the operation and facilitate all other aspects of project management. We also use our in-house web-based last planning system based on Lean Construction (LPS).  Disputes Management: to pre-empt looming disputes beforehand.
