Iberic Malls Group (IMG) is a private equity real estate firm with offices in South Florida. Since its founding in 2008, the company has participated in multiple acquisitions, commiting to manage the properties in a personalized/ boutique-like style, which is deeply appreciated by tenants. This is how our vacancy rates are kept at a minimum. Members from our executive team have a broad experience in large retail projects, ranging from high-end targeted Shopping Malls in South America to industrial complexes in the United States. Through acquired experience, due-dilligence and innovation, we expect to achieve investment targets, focusing on profitability but also protecting against risks.
