Ibiza Calm is a leading mental health and addiction treatment clinic, set on the beautiful Balearic Island of Ibiza, offering personalised and comprehensive care for drug, alcohol and behavioural addictions; mental health conditions, including anxiety, bipolar, depression, eating disorders, codependency, burnout and substance abuse.
With a maximum of only 12 patients at a time, the clinic provides a residential and bespoke rehab experience.
The setting:
Located on a 13-hectare private estate, in the north of the picturesque island of Ibiza, Spain. The property itself is built in the style of a traditional Ibicencan castle. Mediterranean styled gardens surround the property with natural beauty, providing a tranquil and healing environment for recovery.
Our treatment:
We offer a range of bespoke treatment options from individual care, full bespoke, and ‘La Casita’ bespoke programmes. Therapies range from group sessions to one-to-one with your allocated therapist. More options are available dependent on your treatment plan.
The team:
Our highly qualified, multidisciplinary team includes a medical director, psychiatrist, clinical manager, therapists and nurses, in addition we have experienced fitness instructors, yoga teachers, meditation coaches, masseuses and beauticians. Our team reflects our holistic approach to treatment – incorporating the mind, physical strength, and wholesome well-being.
