The IBOS was founded in 1987 by two independent psychologists/educators, John Biharie and Freke Freriks. Both have many qualities in their field. The IBOS is an independent institute, where adults/children from all over the Netherlands come for psychological research and treatment of learning and other problems. The IBOS has grown into one of the largest institutes in the Netherlands and has already been on TV regularly.
