ibous is an online payment service that also allows you to pay, send and receive money anywhere with your mobile phone without having to have a credit card. At the beginning the service is called iLajan it is renamed later in ibous during the year of 2016 and the service is officially launched during the year 2017.Il is created by 5 computer engineers graduates of the Ecole Supérieure of Haiti Infotronic. The service is based in Port-au-Prince (Haiti). The service aims on the one hand to change the traditional payment system by computerizing it so the service will reduce the crime rate caused by money exchanges in cash and on the other hand make the payment service on the internet easier and more accessible to all.
