The Institute for Building Science and Technology (IBST) is a premier construction consulting organization in Vietnam, with more than 60 years of industry experience. Founded in 1963, IBST operates under the Ministry of Construction. In response to the rapid influx of foreign direct investment (FDI) into Vietnam, IBST established the Project Management and Sustainable Development Consulting Department (PMI) to address the growing complexity of international project management needs.
