Established in January 2011 and based in Bangkok, Thailand, IC Partners serves as an independent investment advisor and asset manager for a number of hospitality, hospitality led residential, commercial and industrial related investments in Southeast Asia. IC Partners has development and financial structuring capabilities in commercial , industrial, residential and hospitality asset classes within SE Asia and the US. IC Partners works closely with three family offices in the region for direct investments under a managed account structure. IC Partners supports the business development undertakings of a number of hospitality management companies, including several of the larger international chains and niche hotel boutique operators. With its head office Bangkok Thailand, IC Partners priority market are ASEAN and Southern China with emphasis on the Greater Mekong Sub-region (GMS). In addition to real estate, IC Partners also has financing and strategic advisory expertise in project finance including industrial, power generation, logistics, beverages and FMCG.
