Operating Framework The Surat Branch of WIRC of ICAI was established in 1970 under the chairmanship of CA. I.J. Desai, the iron man of Surat and a lengendary person. Objectives The main objective of Surat Branch of WIRC of ICAI is to ensure the growth and development of the Chartered Accountancy profession in its jurisdiction and to support its members and students in achieving their professional goals. Activities Conducting Professional Development programs various events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and lectures, to provide a platform for members to interact and exchange ideas.And also to conduct research and publishing articles, reports, and journals related to accounting and finance. Organisation The ICAI offers various education and training programs to aspiring chartered accountants, including the Chartered Accountancy (CA) course, which is a prestigious professional qualification recognized globally.
