International Conference on Aviation Law (ICAL 2025)

The 1st International Conference on Aviation Law (ICAL 2025), in collaboration with the 4th International Conference on Emerging Trends in the Aviation MRO Industry, is a premier event hosted by National Law University Delhi and Aviakul on April 11-12, 2025, at National Law University Delhi. The conference brings together legal scholars, industry leaders, policymakers, and aviation professionals to discuss the evolving landscape of aviation law and regulatory frameworks. With the enactment of the Bharatiya Vayuyan Adhiniyam, 2024, replacing the decades-old Aircraft Act of 1934, India’s aviation sector is undergoing a significant transformation. ICAL 2025 provides a platform for critical discussions on legal and policy challenges, international aviation law, airspace regulations, aircraft leasing, cybersecurity, and dispute resolution. The conference also explores the legal and operational aspects of the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) industry, a key sector in India’s aviation growth. With India striving for self-reliance in MRO services under the Atmanirbhar Bharat initiative, the event will examine policy reforms, regulatory frameworks, and technological advancements shaping the industry.
