We address mental health issues for the entire population, through a psychological model recognised by the UK ROYAL COLLEGE OF PSYCHIATRISTS, namely "ICAN Practical Psychology Model". There are three mental health states, namely: • "Good mental health" • "Psychological illness" • "Sub-health", the grey area between illness and health. People with good mental health have a peaceful and happy mood, a good sense of self-esteem and awakening capability. They adhere to correct life values, have optimistic and positive thoughts, and can effectively deal with negative emotions. They are resilient to stress, able to manage changes, highly effective at work and home, and actively contribute to society. Over the past 20 years, over 400,000 people and over 400 organisations/schools have applied the ICAN Practical Psychology Model, which is proven to be effective in increasing the number of "Good Mental Health" and happy people.
