iCan Wellbeing Group CIO

iCan offers a range of health, wellbeing and social incentives to the Cumbrian community breaking down activity and mental wellbeing barriers from I can't to iCan. iCan first registered as a CIC, not for profit organisation in 2017 after 10 years experience in the health and wellbeing sector from founders Julia Clifford and Lisa Bridgewater. iCan converted to a charity CIO in June 2023. Developed as a response to community need and suggestion from local service users for a safe, friendly and approachable exercise and wellbeing service All products, services, classes or decisions are created based on community suggestion (Steering group) Delivering sessions/ classes or services with the support of lived experience of its team members, volunteers and members alike.
