We specialise in accommodation for people in need in The Greater Manchester area. Working within the EA TA and LHA schemes.
We are growing at a fast pace as demand is high. With an ever-changing property market, focus is key, and ours is on property management and services, as we have the social and commercial awareness that property is all about people. Our portfolio consists of flats, hotels, houses and commercial buildings. The service and qualities we provided receive positive feedback, especially from those tenants who are homeless or vulnerable individual. Therefore, we have the confidence that the upcoming post-Covid period will help us expanding the market quickly and grab more opportunities.
Having a trust worthy and caring impact on society is the initial reason ICCG Services started. Currently we are working in partnership with Manchester City Council. Maintaining a high standard of property service helps us to run schemes: providing EA (emergency accommodation), LHA (local housing allowance), and TA (temporary accommodation) to specific tenants. Our aim and focus have allowed us to deliver fantastic services in: full property inspection, outstanding maintenance, financial and administrative services, and an excellent rapport with various parties.
