Solar for Ice to Thrust (S4I2T) is an EU-funded project (GA number 101161690) that seeks to develop a cost-effective and environmentally friendly solar electric water propulsion system. The project started on 1 September 2024 and in the course of 36 months has the ambitious goal to achieve several breakthroughs in developing a novel solar-powered propulsion system, addressing technological challenges and bottlenecks.
