Iceberg Plus

Iceberg Plus, a leading European consultancy company with over 15 years of experience in creating and consolidating innovation hubs, facilitates access to funding and technology transfer for both public and private beneficiaries. More than 30 consultants and 100 expert collaborators at Iceberg Plus succeed through their skills and experience in providing an integrated and interdisciplinary approach, thus covering a wide spectrum of fields, from technology research, deep tech, digital pharma, e-health, creative industries, manufacturing, urban mobility, and tourism 4.0. Iceberg Plus has developed numerous projects for international institutions, governments, large corporations, SMEs, and startups across Central and Eastern Europe. Currently, Iceberg Plus manages the CITT-I4T technology transfer center, specialized in Smart City, Industry 4.0, and e-Health, and implements three digital innovation hubs: FIT Digital Innovation Hub, DIZ Digital Innovation Hub and CityInnoHub DIH. Additionally, Iceberg Plus has been chosen to serve as the EIT Community Office in Romania for the European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) and coordinates the Romanian hubs: EIT Urban Mobility (since 2021), EIT Manufacturing (since 2020), and EIT Culture & Creativity member (since 2025). Furthermore, Iceberg Plus is the local coordinator of the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), the largest global support network for SMEs looking to expand internationally. Iceberg Plus aims to expand European collaborations and promote sustainability across all its initiatives.
