STED INCUBATION FORUM is to carry on in India or elsewhere the activities on not for profit basis for promotion of startups, entrepreneurship development, science, commerce, art, social cause, design, research and development, invention, innovation, technology, know-how, Intellectual property and other areas of knowledge and research by owning, establishing, developing, operating or managing various pre-incubation centres, incubation centres, accelerators and entrepreneurship development centres whether directly or through association with government, semi government bodies, corporations, not for profit organisations, charitable organizations, business entities, society, trusts, schools, clubs, or group of individuals to support the entrepreneurs, innovators, youth, students, startups and micro, small and medium enterprises across various sectors by providing incubation, grants, resources, knowledge, training, nurturing, assistance, professional services, consultancy, infrastructure, labs, facilities, environment, connects, linkages, and mentoring support in various areas of business such as ideation, validation, testing, traction, strategy, entity formation, marketing, sales, business development, sustainability, operations, administration, talent acquisition, human resource, supply chain, accounts, financial management, taxation, compliance, corporate governance, legal, information technology, public relations, leadership, communication, negotiation and other skills for their holistic development and to arrange capacity building activities, seminars, webinars, meetups, competitions and events for the entrepreneurs and to promote synergies among interested and relevant academic community and entrepreneurs, industrial establishments, startups, resource providers, research and development institutes, educational and service institutions, individuals, other incubators or innovator groups to function in collaborative mode for the development of startup ecosystem and to undertake such other activities which are lawful, necessary, connected and incidental thereto.
