Iceland Discovery is a private tour planning company based in Reykjavík, Iceland. Years of experience have taught us the essentials when it comes to putting together the perfect itinerary for the concerned individual traveler. Whether it is a private day tour or a complex long private tour through Iceland. We do the digging for our clients and they concentrate on the fun. Behind the company is a small group of dedicated staff, each and every one with tons of experience in guiding and travel planning. Most of us started out as mountain guides so we learned from early beginning what it takes to make things run smoothly out there in the field (or on the glacier for that matter). The time came when we decided to do something different, custom make our own tours, go out and find all the things that intrigue us, talk to local people around our precious island, discover new lodges and restaurants. What we do now is the result of this. We design and execute our premium tours that are based on many bespoke itineraries we have in our arsenal – all tailored to your individual taste.
