MISSION Indiana Coalition to End Sexual Assault (ICESA) empowers Indiana communities to prevent sexual assault and those impacted by it through comprehensive training, advocacy, increased public awareness and coordinated services. VISION To position Indiana as the national leader in reducing the incidences of sexual assault and helping survivors thrive.
