ICF Azerbaijan Chapter was established in 2023.
We are a local chapter of the International Coaching Federation, the leading global organization dedicated to advancing the coaching profession by setting high standards, providing independent certification and building a worldwide network of trained coaching professionals.
ICF was founded in 1995 by Thomas Leonard, for the purpose of having a space for all coaches to support one another and help grow the profession.
Fast forward a few decades, and ICF is the world’s largest organization of professionally trained coaches, with more than 60,000 members in 170 countries and territories.
