Our goal is to support clients in their next chapter: whether that's a restart or reimagining of your life. iChangeCourse delivers a roadmap to support and guide your journey. We work with a variety of clients to achieve their goals: -We help companies support employees who are looking to explore new roles within the company or who may be leaving the organization at the end of their career. -We work with universities to create programs, retreats and workshops for their Alumni to “come home” to reimagine, rediscover and redesign their next chapter of life. -We provide high-end, 1:1 coaching for people who need a personal “I Change Course” plan to navigate their next chapter. We engage with these clients through customized strategy in the following ways/categories: -KEYNOTE: Kate inspires, engages, and motivates audiences through storytelling and teaching the next steps for embracing change as the vehicle for choosing an extraordinary life. -WORKSHOP: We support small groups of people in utilizing the N.O.T.I.C.E Framework during times of change. -TEACHING: We teach leaders and human resource executives how to support people and teams through times of significant change.
